Please, oh pretty please. One of these amazing little beauties, would you please somehow arrive into my hands through the computer screen.
No? Well, I’ll just admire you from afar.

Is it really 109 degrees here in So Cal?! Well, if I can’t have scarves and pea-coats can I at least have this?

Yes, please.
This weekend was full of adventures! Saturday we woke up early and went to the Getty, one of Alex’s and my favorite places to visit.
We only stayed for a few hours, but it was a beautiful 70 degrees and there were some really awesome photo exhibits.
Afterwards we went to Diddy Riese in Westwood, LA. If you haven’t been there, you must! It’s a fabulous ice cream cookie shop, where you can pick any cookie you want (two different ones, even) and any ice cream you want to sandwich in the middle… double yum. Then we went back to Creswell’s for a night of Loren, firepits, smores, and more fun.
Sunday brought on many new insights as we traveled to the Museum of Tolerance, but that deserves it’s own posts. Then we hit up Diddy Reise again.
Monday was great for me becuase I was able to stay at home and get some things done before we left to LA, again! We picked up Justine and Jonna and headed back to LA for the taping of the Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien.
It wasn’t too fun sitting outside for three hours, waiting to get in, but it was totally worth it once we did. The set is amazing and everyone is so precise and on it. We had such a blast!
Now, it’s back to work on Tuesday and while its not exactly a glamorous life, it’s a blessed one, that’s for sure.
I am loving these new arrivals from Ruche. Have you checked Ruche out yet? Well, you should. See my friend Jonna’s favorites over at AnthroLove.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Sunday Suppers for posting this beautiful party. I’m floored, really… I’m on the floor in utter awe of your magnificence.
Dear All,
Sorry for the lack of posting yesterday and today. I’m doing a wedding this weekend and have been devoting all my free time to the bride and groom and I can’t wait to share with you all that takes place this weekend. I love Megan and Phil so much and their wedding is going to be fabulous. Remember my inspiration board for them?
Yeah, that’s the one! Well it’s taken more a rustic turn and I can’t wait to show you all of the DIY stuff Megan was inspired by.
Well, here are few things to look forward to next week since I’ll be checking out for the weekend:
Spice Cake Cookie Recipe
Can’t wait to share it all with you guys. Have a great weekend and try to stay cool!
I have to say, this is absolutely genius. I wish I could get married again so we could do this, then again… Why not do it for a vow renewal or family reunion?
Isn’t it just amazing?! Created by Sahsa Souza for Kristen’s wedding, I found it over at Kiss the Groom.
Sasha covered a piece of plywood with wall paper, cut out the holes and used decorative frames to cover them. Don’t forget the backdrop for the full effect!
Adorn it with family photos or picture of you guys as a couple depending on the occassion.
Fabulous!
